Please be advised that registrations which payment is sent by mail will only be confirmed after receipt of your check or money order. If your check is received after the limit date for the discounted fee, the higher fee will be applied. Registrations close one day prior to the event's day at 2:00 PM EDT. We are not responsible for registrations and payment received after that day. Registrations at the door (by cash or check) are subject to seat availability.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds must be requested in writing. Full refunds minus a 5% processing fee will be given for requests received more then one week before the event. Requests received within one week of the event will either be refunded 50% or given a credit for another event. No refund requests will be honored at door or post event. Cancellation of event entitles you to a full refund of the fee paid.
